Hello, I’m Jo.

I’m a creative director, copywriter and writer writer.

I’ve worked at Apple, TBWA\Media Arts Lab, Mother, Saatchi & Saatchi and Droga5.

I’ve written in code for developers at WWDC. Helped elevate queer musicians with Apple Music and Gay Times. Covered the country in local talent behind their Macs. Put Bowie in an ad. Named a high street fashion collection. Been published by Dazed. Created tone of voice guidelines. Won pitches for Wired, Farfetch, Boots and Hobbs. Made a newspaper for a coffee shop. Shot with David LaChapelle and Chris Doyle, and lived to tell the tale.

I’ve been recognised by D&AD, The One Show, the ANDYs and Creative Review.

Won awards for travel writing and blogged my way around the world for a year with my young family.

When not making ads, I throw one-off creative feasts as co-founder of The Foreign Embassy.

I’ll happily write anything apart from my own bio.
